Meet Carmen!

Carmen is an 8-month-old terrier with a heart full of love just waiting to bloom. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she knows she’s safe, she becomes the sweetest, most affectionate cuddle buddy you could ask for. Carmen had a tough start—she was very scared in the noisy shelter, through no fault of her own after her previous owner had to move and couldn’t take her along. She’s been patiently waiting at Forest County Humane Society since December, and she’s more than ready to find her forever home. Carmen will thrive with a kind family who will give her the love and cuddles she deserves.
